SureTest Laboratory, LLC is an independent laboratory located 12 miles south of Fort Worth, Texas. We were founded in 2009 primarily to assist the practices of House Call Physician's. Due to the demand, we've expanded our services to include: Medicare, Medicaid, Home Health Companies, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, and Private Pay patients.

Our CLIA approved laboratory uses “State of the Art” certified equipment for all our testing which ensures accuracy and precision on all samples. Our specialty is our In-Home Mobile Blood Draws for individuals and companies within the healthcare field. Our skilled Phlebotomists will travel to facilities or to the patients' home to render service. Test results will be reported following the instructions given from the facility or individual requesting the report.

We presently service the counties of: El Paso, Cooke, Grayson, Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Rockwall, Kaufman, Parker, Hood, Johnson, Ellis, Hill, and Navarro. Future counties will include: Hill, McLennon, LimeStone, Falls, Bell, Calahan, Coleman, Brown, and Comanche. Clickto see map.
